Zethy got dressed and ran out the bedroom door
She seemed to act like she had something is store
She knocked on the doors and woke her muses
For she knew she needed them tonight for various uses
First awoke Symphony, then Aryx, then Darksun.
And Zethorala ,with a smile, had not hesitated to tell them.
"It’s Christmas Eve, guys! We’ve got to get ready!"
Her friends all seemed to stand there steadily
A smile erupted on Symphony’s face
Both Aryx and Darksun seemed to stare into space
"Don’t you remember? We’re delivering this year."
Zethorala told them, her voice full of cheer.
Aryx scratched his head “I guess we agreed on that, didn’t we?”
Darksun nodded, looking at all of them unhappily.
"Well, let’s go! We’ve got no time to lose!"
"Besides. We no longer have another choice to choose."
Zethorala told them, shrugging a bit.
Symphony smiled as her face had lit.
The group soon stepped out into the leftover snow
They looked in awe as they saw an airship used long ago
It was repainted and sanded down, making it look fine
And it had a purple reigns attached, which gave out a shine
"Me and a friend restored this small, old airship,
And we made it into a sleigh so we can make that trip”
Zethorala told them as she picked up the reigns,
Giving Darksun a thought that almost gave her pain.
"I can already guess who’s pulling that sleigh,"
Aryx said as he glared at Darksun in a malicious way.
The enderdragon sighed as she walked over to her Mun
Who began to put the bright reigns on poor ol’ Darksun.
Zethorala then led her other muses to a door on the side
"Remember to hold on tight. This might be a bumpy ride."
Symphony was still excited, and she trotted in the sleigh,
Aryx wasn’t too happy, but he dealt with this anyway.
"Onward, Darksun!" Zethorala said with a loud voice.
And Darksun took off, for she felt she had no other choice.
Soon, the sleigh was off the snowy ground
And in the small ship, Symphony looked around.
She looked into a bag and saw gifts galore!
But she almost tipped them over, and onto the floor.
"Careful, Symphony!" Zethorala said.
And Symphony backed away, perking up her head.
"Is that the first place?" Asked the Enderdragon
"Yeah!" Her mun answered. "Just a small step closer to being done."
The enderdragon landed, and following her did the sleigh
Aryx lifted his goggles, and began looking every way.
"Gimme that gift you’re holding, Aryx." Zethorala told her muse.
Aryx handed the box to her, knowing to him it had no use.
Zethorala went to the back of the sleigh, a picked up another gift
Then she opened the sleigh door, giving the lock on it a lift.
She ran across the roof, and down the chimney,
Rolling down, then onto the floor, and stopped next to a tree.
She felt this tree belonged to that of SpontaneousFork
Because it was random enough that on this tree was a piece of pork.
Zethy gave a confused look at the meat
Then she picked up the gifts, and set them all nice and neat.
One for each of SpontaneousFork’s characters, and herself, too.
Then Zethorala ran speedily out the door, and climbed up the roof.
Okay, maybe that didn’t quite rhyme, but give me a break,
I’m still tired, and didn’t do anything this morning but eat leftover steak.
Zethorala got back inside the sleigh
And Darksun took off quickly, realizing it was now Christmas day.
Well, it was actually midnight, but you get what I mean.
Darksun, in the darkness, kept her sight steady and keen.
Zethorala grinned “Merry Christmas! And to all a good night!”
And she never realized she didn’t even do it right.
Because, really. This was the first house. Talk about bad timing.
You’re supposed to do that at the end of the story, not the beginning.
Oh, well. Not Zethorala or her muses gave a hoot that night, anyway.
So I guess she probably didn’t even care what she would say.
